Food grade sodium metabisulfite

This product is food-grade sodium metabisulfite with high purity. It can be used as a bleaching agent in the food industry: for vegetable dehydration to maintain oxygen content and preserve and bleach fruits (plums, apricots, oranges, mangoes, olives, silver ear fungus, bamboo shoots, sweet potatoes, peanuts, mushrooms, etc.); as a preservative in the production of candied fruit, canned food, beer, and beverages for preservation and sterilization; as a loosening agent to reduce gluten toughness and make biscuits crispy; and as a bleaching agent in wastewater treatment.
